RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND NOT RETURNED BACK TO YOU UNLESS POSTAGE IS PAID OR GARMENTS COLLECTED

ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND LABELS MUST BE INTACT.

EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR 14 DAYS FROM AGREED COLLECTION DATE. IF EXCHANGE IS NOT MADE ON THE AGREED DATE AND NO FURTHER EMAILS ARE RECEIVED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS EXCHANGE PERIOD WE WILL ASSUME THE EXCHANGE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED AND THE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT CANCELLED.

PLEASE SEND VIA ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR TO ENSURE YOUR PARCEL IS TRACKED AS WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST ITEMS

Posted items are sent 2nd class signed for delivery. Please note Royal Mail estimate 2 working days but can take between 2 and 10 working days to be delivered.

Claims for non reciept of an order by post needs to be within 30 days of dispatch, claims can only be made via the Royal Mail after 10 working days of dispatch from Royal mail, please use your tracking number on your email to track your order via Royal Mail tracking,  no claims will be made for items not recieved after 30 days. Once the claim has been refunded to us from the post office your account will be refunded or the order then reprocessed for you. Orders which have notes on with 'please leave (behind bins, over gate, with neighbours, etc') clients are accepting responsiity for this item and are not covered under the post office insurance for lost items. 

Orders not collected from the post office which are being returned to us/ items sent from the post office to the post office retentions center or orders which have had the incorrect postal address placed when ordering will ONLY be replaced/refunded once they have arrived back to us.  

Collection orders will be held for 30 days after this time your order will be cancelled please contact returns@snappyschoolwear.com for a refund.

Claims for faulty goods once worn/tags removed will need to be returned to us at one of our click and collect venues these will be returned to the manufacturers for inspection. Please note this can take 6-8 weeks to be processed.  ONLY when we have confirmation from the manufacturer they are faulty the item will be replaced, if the item is not deemed faulty it will be returned to us and will be available to collect at one of our click and collect events or can be posted back out to you after postage costs have been paid.

We only accept orders for delivery within the UK
